BE THANKFUL FOR THE TROUBLES YOU DON’T HAVE

“Trouble follows me where ever I go.”

“If it wasn’t for bad luck I wouldn’t have any luck at all.”

“It’s like a dark cloud follows me wherever I go.”

Have you ever made any of the above statements?

Yes, I have and “trouble follows me where ever I am.” Not really, just joking.

But I have had my share of problems.

I can’t say it follows me all the time or that I’ve had more difficult days than peaceful days. I try not to complain because everyone has tribulations. God is not a respecter of persons.

He rains on the just and the unjust, the righteous and the unrighteous, the saved and the unsaved.

Saints of God also have their share of trials.

The good thing for Christians is that we are in the kingdom of God and under His protection.

We have an advocate daily before the throne of Yahweh – limiting the amount and length of troubles that confront us.

There is always someone worse off than us and would love to be in our situation.

So we give thanks for the troubles that we don’t have.

“True happiness comes when we stop complaining about all the troubles we have and offer thanks for all the troubles we don’t have.”___________________________Unknown
