Have you had thoughts of becoming a mentor?

Do you repeatedly tell yourself you don’t have time because of obligations and commitments?

You and I have experience, skills, and knowledge that we can and should share with someone else.

As citizens of heaven, we definitely should mentor new converts added to the kingdom of God because Satan is irate that they have left his kingdom.

He will attack them in any and every way that he can once they switch allegiances.

As mature saints of Yahweh, we should be informing new converts of Satan’s tactics, so they are not caught off guard.

We should be praying with them and for them to stay strong and keep the faith.

Saints of God should be explaining to new converts that Satan, our enemy, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he can devour.

Genuine Christians should help them understand that Lucifer is angry that the new convert had the audacity to accept Jesus Christ as their new Lord and rejected him.

We should let those new to the faith and belief in Jesus know that the ‘old serpent’ does not leave them alone just because they ‘got saved.’

As a matter of fact, he will most likely harass them more to frustrate and confuse them.

Stay alert – new converts to Christianity!

Help us, Jesus, to stop being selfish and to think of others besides ourselves. No more, me, myself, and I attitude!

Help saints remember that when we help others up the mountain, we also move closer to the top.
